How the search process works at Gerstenberg Consulting
When entering into a dialogue with our customers about their hiring needs, we start out by putting a lot of energy into understanding our customers, their strategy, marketplace, products and challenges as well as their culture, values and what drives them.
We meet with the hiring manager and other relevant stakeholders to make sure we understand their business and we challenge them on the candidate profile and job description.
Hereafter we map the candidate ecosystem, conduct the candidate search, engage with potential candidates, do the screening, qualifying and shortlisting, in depth interviewing, testing, candidate presentation and interviewing at customers, evaluation, reference checking, contract negotiation and contract signing.

Search
We map the candidate ecosystem, conduct the candidate search, engage with potential candidates, do the screening and qualifying.

Interview
When we have done the shortlisting of candidates, we conduct in depth interviews with candidates.

Test
We conduct the TT38 Talent profile test on the candidates and give them a thorough feedback on the test and how we see their talents match the position.

Presentation
We present the top candidates to our customers including a summary of their talent profile and how we see their match with the position.

Evaluating
We participate in the interviewing at the customer site together with hiring manager/HR followed by an evaluation of the candidates.

Hiring
We conduct reference checks and follow the process until the employment contract is signed. We ensure a successful onboarding by following up with customers/candidates after 14 days and 3 months.
